Dubbed Canada’s premiere electronic jazz deconstructionists, Montreal trio Saxsyndrum have released a new single entitled ‘Up To You’.

Their new single continues the band’s shift into pop territory but definitely still embraces their experimental roots.

Saxsyndrum’s music takes a look at contemporary electronic music culture, blurring the line between analog instrumentation and digital production. The trio contort meticulous grooves into funky romps, playfully bringing their musicianship to the dance floor. The group consists of Nick Schofield on drums and synths, Dave Switchenko on sax and A.P. Bergeron vocal duties. The bands new track ‘Up to You’ was recorded at Breakglass Studios by Patrick McDowall, and mastered by Ryan Morey.

Saxsyndrum are bringing their unique sound and live performances to cities across the United States and Canada this coming Fall/Winter.
