Weval is the project of Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte Albers, the Amsterdam-based duo have announced their new EP called Night Versions, containing club-focused  key tracks from their recent album, Remember. The EP is set to Drop via Technicolour on October 4th. Ahead of the album’s arrival, the duo have shared a reimagining for title track “Remember.”

Speaking about these new versions, Weval say, “It was so much fun to return to the material and make some bold moves. Just to see how far we could push the tracks with the dance floor in mind. We’ve been road-testing a few of these in our DJ sets lately, and it’s so rewarding to watch people dance and hear the tracks blasting on the dance floor. It’s addictively fun to experience and see the second life of the songs from the LP.”

Weval will be performing at Phonox (London) on 2nd August and have recently finished a North American DJ tour They had an extensive EU/UK tour late last year, including HERE at Outernet (London), Bataclan (Paris) and Paradiso (Amsterdam). They have previously performed to emphatic festival crowds at Primavera Sound, Sonar Festival Istanbul, DGTL Amsterdam, Lightning In A Bottle, OSHEAGA, Lost Village, Lowlands, Best Kept Secret, Pitchfork Festival Germany and many more.
