‘Spotless Mind’ is available to stream on all platforms today as the first half of a double single, set for release on the 20th of May. This follows the release of Island’s debut EP ‘Girl’ from November 2015. From this the band’s debut single, ‘Stargazer’.

Island Formed in Oxford, Rollo Doherty (vocals, guitar), James Wolfe (bass guitar), Jack Raeder (guitar), and Toby Richards (drums) spent much of 2016 in quick ascendancy and ‘Spotless Mind’ finds the boys highly self-assured with swelling guitars building up to a towering chorus. With a striking balancing of warmth and rawer textures.

Earlier this year, ISLAND performed for the first time in mainland Europe to a packed crowd at London Calling Festival in Amsterdam. The band continues their tour, starting tonight at Oslo and followed by performances at The Great Escape Festival and Citadel festival in Victoria Park.
