Philadelphia band, Grocer is a unique band, featuring three distinct vocalists/lyricists. They were Recently described as “if The Pixies wrote a musical.” The band release their new album Numbers Game, on May 6th via Fat Possum imprint Grind Select. Ahead of the release, they have shared a video for album track “Pick A Way.” Grocer kick off their North American tour on February 17, in Philadelphia.

“Pick A Way” is an attempt to try and understand the entitlement of men in general and specifically during the insurrection at the Capitol. It was born out of trying to wrap my brain around the increasingly detached lines of reason that go hand-in-hand with toxic masculinity.”

Numbers Game was Originally imagined as a four song EP, Numbers Game came about in two quick bursts: The first when the quartet isolated themselves in rural Georgia in January 2021 to focus on writing and escaping the pandemic, and the second immediately following an overwhelming six-week national tour the summer of that year.
