LYING BSTRDS, have recently Supported Noel Gallagher, Circa Waves and Spring King After forming just one year ago, the Liverpool quintet are releasing their latest single, “Youth and Old Age”. The track is undeniably catchy from start to finish. Melodic reverbed vocals from Henry Pulp give a John Newman feel, which creates an interesting element in a rock piece- resulting in a Foals-esque sound. Throughout the dance-worthy chorus, the distinct layering of keys is reminiscent of Blossoms and Primal Scream. The piece is an unapologetic, riff-infused, energetic creation. The band have also announced, new tour dates with Clean Cut Kid.
