Hannah Georgas is sharing the video for her new single, “Beautiful View”. The song itself “came at a time when I was feeling a real sense of calm and realisation,” says Georgas. “It’s about seeing the beauty in the things we can take for granted, from our health to those who care for us. It’s about having perspective and recognising the things we often overlook. It’s about enjoying the moment, even if it’s not a breathtaking high or grand achievement. Instead of sweating the small stuff I’m trying to be more present and thankful.”

“Beautiful View” follows up previous single, “This Too Shall Pass”, both of which are set for release on Georgas’ upcoming LP, slated to be released later this summer via Arts & Crafts.

Hannah Georgas released her Aaron Dessner-produced LP All That Emotion in 2020 on Dessner’s Brassland, as well as Canadian label Arts & Crafts.

Since Georgas’ debut EP in 2009, the songwriter has evolved from a regionally based musician performing in smaller showcase stages, to a worldwide touring artist performing in venues including Massey Hall in Toronto, numerous festival bills, and toured with The National, City, Colour, and more. Georgas spent much of 2019 touring as a part of The National’s live band on their tours in support of their album I Am Easy To Find.
