Common Law is is the group fronted by Marcus Congleton (Ambulance LTD). The band’s debut, album was recorded in Los Angeles and produced and mixed by Jon Niemann at Mono Deluxe Studio, while “Upsetter” was produced and mixed by Rick Parker. Their forthcoming album drops on November 21st via 401K Music.

The band includes Congleton – guitar / vocals, Jonny Niemann – keyboards, Brandon Owens – bass, Ryan Miller – drums, Frankie Palmer – pedal steel and Kevin Congleton (drums on “Upsetter”). The band will make their live debut at Gold Diggers in Los Angeles on Sunday November 30th.
