Last night, The Head and the Heart performed their hit single “All We Ever Knew” on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. “All We Ever Knew” comes off of the band’s latest album Signs of Light which was released last week on Warner Bros. Music.

The Head and the Heart will also appear on CBS This Morning on Sept. 17th and Ellen on the 21st. They will live stream their Rough Trade performance on Sept. 15th via Conan O’Brien Presents: Team Coco, which you will be able to tune into HERE. NPR and WFUV will also broadcast the audio and video from the band’s City Winery performance on Friday, Sept. 16th.

The band’s fall tour has multiple sold out shows including two nights in Nashville at The Ryman Auditorium, New York at Terminal 5 (second show added), Boston at The Orpheum, Austin at Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheater (second show added), and two sold out nights in Seattle at The Paramount (third show added). With every online ticket purchased for The Head and the Heart Fall Signs of Light tour, you’ll receive a choice of either a standard physical or standard digital copy of their new album, Signs of Light, released Friday September 9, 2016.
