On tour with Toronto’s Nightbox, Brooklyn five-piece Snowmine has now released a brand new track, “Tidal Wave.” After two years of nonstop touring, the band headed to the studio quickly before embarking on tour to create something that embodied their newfound live sound, and as lead singer Grayson Sanders says “created something a bit more daylight doing and a bit less nighttime dreaming [as compared to our last album Dialects].” The track “Tidal Wave” and its accompanying video created by SJ Finlay (Son Lux) have just premiered at Noisey, who say the release represents, “the feeling of being clobbered by love, without making us barf. [Snowmine] is a band who understands the power of tenderness.”

Following the February 2014 release of their second full-length album, Dialects, as well as a cross country tour with Brooklyn’s Small Black, the band embarked on their tour in September; remaining dates include stops in Nashville, Philadelphia and a homecoming show at Brooklyn’s Baby’s All Right 10/12.
