Skepta and Fred again.. have dropped “Back 2 Back”. The track, is the second release from the pair and follows previous single “Victory Lap,” which arrived last June. Earlier this month, Skepta brought Fred out for a surprise headline appearance at Big Smoke Festival, with performances during his set from Boy Better Know and D Double E.

Skepta is the founder of Big Smoke Corporation which houses creative endeavors. His impact extends into fashion where he has collaborated with brands such as Puma and Burberry, plus launching his own brand, MAINS, blending his Nigeria. Fred again.. A producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and DJ, his release “Actual Life” is a series built on deeply personal project through YouTube rips, voice notes from friends and everyday field recordings which ended up as three albums, released across 2021 and 2022.

Since ‘Actual Life’, Fred’s universe has expanded rapidly. He joined forces with Brian Eno for surprise ambient record Secret Life while his last studio album ‘ten days’ featured contributions from Sampha, Anderson. Paak, Obongjayar and The Japanese House and spawned 50+ listening parties organized by fans across the globe, including locations like the Azores and Greenland. Last year also saw Fred release ‘USB001’ — the first volume of an infinite, ever-evolving ‘USB’ album chronicling his club singles, including “Rumble” alongside Skrillex & Flowdan.
