The Raveonettes Share new track “Fast Food”
The Raveonettes share their new track ‘Fast Food’. The song is the band’s penultimate offering from their RAVE-SOUND-OF-THE-MONTH playlist where the duo will continue to upload a freshly recorded track on the last Friday of every month until December.
The song is part of what The Raveonettes are labelling an ‘anti album’. A collection of songs that aren’t bound by the constraints of the format. A 12-month expedition, potentially schizophrenic and disjointed, potentially cohesive and related. It will then be released as a whole album.
Sune Rose Wagner said of ‘Fast Food’;
“When you wanna leave somebody because it’s causing you more harm than good but lust is ever-present and it’s impossible to deny.”
10 previous tracks have already been released, you can listen by joining the RAVE-SOUND-OF-THE-MONTH and subscribe to the playlist through the bands website. This project will not only see a digital release, but there will also be a CD and Vinyl edition early next year.
The Raveonettes Live Dates:
Jan 21 Music Box San Diego, CA
