RIP Swirl AKA: Luka Seifert, dropS his new LP, Perfectly Blue, on October 17 via In Real Life/Heavy Duty Music/Public Possession. The follow up to his debut album Blurry Seifert is joined on the album by Tanukichan, alias error, Maria Somerville and Winter. Blue features Seifert’s  instrumentation, production and mixing done in hia home studio in Berlin. This time he outsourced the mastering to Beau Thomas (Aphex Twin, Burial). His 2023 single with Ydegirl titled “Let’s Make Out” appeared on YEAR0001’s RIFT Two compilation.

Ahead of the album’s arrival, RIP Swirl has shared “Negative Fantasy,” featuring LA band untitled (halo). The track follows the release of shoegaze powered title track “Perfectly Blue” feat. Winter.
