Australia’s Gang of Youths have released their clip for “Magnolia,” off of their debut album The Positions

The Positions explores some of life’s darkest moments: it chronicles then 19-year-old frontman David Le’aupepe’s now ex-wife’s bout with cancer and the simultaneous disintegration of their relationship. The record,produced by Kevin McMahon [Swans, Rhett Miller, Titus Andronicus] and mixed by Peter Katis [The National, Local Natives, Frightened Rabbit].

Gang of Youths have released The Positions stateside independently via their own Mosy Recordings and are set to release a new EP later this year, co-produced by long-time friend Karl Cashwell.
