Gus Dapperton Collaborates with Channel Tres”
Gus Dapperton has shared a reworked version of his song “Palms”. The track features vocals from his friend, LA artist-producer Channel Tres. The original version of the track appears on Dapperton’s recently released sophomore album, Orca, out now on AWAL.
Gus says, “I’m a huge fan of Channel and thought he would sound perfect on ‘Palms’. I was so excited when he said he was down to do it and even more excited when I heard what his verse was sounding like. We met a while back at one of his shows and had a fun time hanging afterwards. So glad it’s come full circle.”
Dapperton and Channel Tres also worked together on Dapperton’s monthly Spotify playlist “Cumulonimbus,” where he shares music that he and his friends like. Past collaborators include mxmtoon and Anna of the North. Follow the playlist.
