Blonde Redhead recently dropped their full-length Sit Down for Dinner via section1. Today, the band unveils “More Coda” — a reworking of their viral hit, “For The Damaged Coda,” off the band’s Melody of Certain Damaged Lemons — and announces a 2024 North American tour.

““More Coda” is a slightly different version of our song ‘For The Damaged Coda,’” founding member Kazu Makino states. “We recorded it in our homes in NYC and Brooklyn for an episode of Rick & Morty. Our dear friend Jamshied arranged the song for horns and strings, and played piano on it. We ramped up the drama and thrill to match the exhilaration of the scene.”

With stops in Baltimore, Atlanta, Nashville and more, these newly announced dates will see the band bring their set to a slew of cities they have not yet played in support of Sit Down for Dinner. A full list of dates are below, with presale tickets going on sale Thursday, November 16th at 10 AM local time, and general tickets on sale Friday, November 17th at 10 AM local time. Additionally, before heading overseas, tonight at Brooklyn’s National Sawdust, The GRAMMY Museum will present A New York Evening with Blonde Redhead, including an intimate conversation moderated by Jillian Mapes followed by a performance.
