TURF adds Beirut, Jeff Tweedy to 2014 line-up
Downtown Toronto’s newest outdoor, multi-day music festival, TURF (Toronto Urban Roots Festival) has announced that Santa Fevia Brooklyn‘s Beirut, Chicago‘s Jeff Tweedy (Wilco) and local favourites July Talk have been added to the already stellar line-up that includes Neutral Milk Hotel.
The Weeks, Ladies of The Canyon, BidiniBand (featuring The Rheostatics’ Dave Bidini), Jon-Boy Langford & The Burlington Men’s Welsh Chorus have also been added to the bill. A comprehensive list of performers is listed below. Day by day line-ups will be announced on Tuesday, April 1st.
Three day TURF early-bird tickets are still available for only $119.50 plus service charge and three day TURF early-bird VIP at $199.50 plus service charge, and three day TURF early-bird master VIP at $299.50 plus service charges. Early-bird ticket pricing is until March 31st at 10:00PM EST. Single Day tickets at $59.50 and Single Day VIP Tickets at $99.50 will go on sale on Thursday, April 3rd @ Noon EST.
TURF’s after-hour’s bonus club series also expands and will feature a pre-TURF festival opening party on Wednesday, July 2nd and post-TURF club shows on Monday, July 7th. The after-hour’s bonus series will be announced in April.
