The Waeve, the project of Graham Coxon and Rose Elinor Dougall drop their new album City Lights on September 20th via Transgressive Records. Ahead of the LP’s release, they have shared “Song For Eliza May” live from their recent City Light sessions.

To celebrate the release of City Lights, The WAEVE will play four very special live performances at Rough Trade, as follows: Rough Trade Liverpool; Rough Trade Nottingham (SOLD OUT); Rough Trade Bristol (SOLD OUT), and Rough Trade East, London (SOLD OUT). The band will return to London later this year for a sold out performance – and their largest headline show to date – at the Village Underground in late October.

The Rough Trade shows follow an extensive summer tour which has seen the duo play to 100,000 plus fans across a run of festival and show dates including a headline slot at Latitude’s Sunrise Arena, Green Man Festival; eight dates with Elbow including a performance at Audley End; plus a high profile show at Warwick Castle with Noel Gallagher.

City Lights was written by Graham Coxon and Rose Elinor Dougall, and produced once again by James Ford, the album features Graham and Rose on vocals, as well as keyboards, guitar, bass guitar, drums and saxophone.
