Teleman Confirm New UK Tour Dates, Debut Album Breakfast Out This Week
In addition to the forthcoming release of their debut album “Breakfast,” the British quartet Teleman have now announced a new string of tour dates for October including London’s Heaven on October 22nd. “Lady Low” from the new album can be heard above.
Teleman are Thomas Sanders (vocals, guitar), Hiro Amamiya (drums), Jonny Sanders (synths) and Pete Cattermoul (bass). The debut album was produced by Bernard Butler and it features a wide variety of sounds. From the pared-back ‘Cristina’ and the modernist proposition of ‘Steam Train Girl’ to the sax-drenched ‘Lady Low’ and the startling ‘Mainline’, a jolt of warped, electro-fied chain-gang blues. Buy ‘Breakfast’ here.
Having supported Suede, Franz Ferdinand, Metronomy and Maximo Park in the last year, Teleman recently finished their own headline tour of the UK. Alongside playing London’s Field Day this weekend, the four-piece are off to Green Man, Wilderness, Deer Shed and Secret Garden Party. Find the dates for upcoming live shows below.
