Celeste Tauchar AKA:talker, has shared new single “Drag Your Feet.” The song was Co-written with Jordan Blackmon (Toro y Moi), Jon Graber, and Reade Wolcott, and is paired with a video directed by Tauchar herself.

Celeste uses the idea of two people’s roads growing further and further apart to visually represent the dissolution of the 5-year relationship she’s spent much of her discography writing about. Pulling influence simultaneously from dreamy indie and harder rock helps her immortalize that push-and-pull in the final months of a relationship destined to fall apart.

talker has released 3 EPs, and has toured throughout North America with Smidley (Conor from Foxing) and Future Teens, and has done co-headlining tours with Lady Pills, Maddie Ross, and Lou Roy. In July 2023, she hosted a weekly residency at the Love Song in Los Angeles, performing a different body of work at every show.
