Steven A. Clark will release his new album on September 7th via Secretly Canadian. This past week, he shared the track “On And On.” Produced by Boys Noize the track is another 80’s pop / R&B leaning composition that flows in the vein of Peter Gabriel meets Frank Ocean; a juxtaposition that feels new but familiar with Miami (Clark’s residence) as the backdrop. In the artists one words: “”On and On” is about a my experience trying to force a relationship and change who I was to trying to be what someone else needed thinking they’d stick around. Then finally realizing that I was only making things worse and it was time time to let go.”

The album, Where Neon Goes to Die, explores a complex relationship full of highs and lows created by the temptations in a city that’s full of them. From sultry pop to heart-aching ballads, the album retells Clark’s travels through the city’s nocturnal fantasyland and hooky, R&B-infused synth pop-file.
