Steve Gunn has a new EP out today titled Livin’ In Between featuring three cover songs released last year exclusively as an Amazon Original and “Aquarium Drunkard Lagniappe Session.” The songs will now be available on all streaming platforms for the first time. The EP features Gunn’s version of Neil Young’s “Motion Pictures (For Carrie)”, a thoughtful take on longtime collaborator Michael Chapman’s “Among The Trees”, and the The Misfits’ “Astro Zombies.”

On August 2 nd of this year, Steve will be performing as a duo with William Tyler at major music festival Newport Folk in Rhode Island. Steve also just put out a tribute to John Prine, a dreamy version of Blaze Foley’s “Clay Pidgeons” sung with Shannon Lay. He’s recently begun a series of “Inside Outside” mixes intended to aid in your your quarantine unrest, check them out HERE & HERE .
