Nourished By Time’s Catching Chickens is inspired by the iconic scene in Rocky where his trainer makes him chase chickens, the EP dropped earlier in the year via XL Recordings. Since then, Nourished By Time contributed two singles – “I Guess I Got My Answer” and “Moth To A Flame” – to the Scenic Route compilation A Road Less Travelled Vol. 2, and teamed up with Kacy Hill on “My Day Off” and Metronomy on “My Love”, adding to previous collaborations with Yaeji (“Happy”) and Dry Cleaning (“Gary Ashby”).

Following live shows at Music at MoMA and Jamie xx’s The Floor in New York last week and before he embarks on his UK & EU tour, Nourished By Time releases a stripped-back live performance of “Romance In Me.” Directed by Aslı Baykal (Sampha, Nick Hakim) and shot by Peter Hou (Mustafa, Pusha T), the performance follows his live rendition of “Hell Of A Ride” for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Nourished By Time returns to UK and Europe for a run of headline and Festival shows. Kicking off on August 2 at OFF Festival in Poland, he will travel to Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, and Portugal for the first time before coming to the UK to headline shows in Leeds (Headrow House), Glasgow (King Tuts), Manchester (YES), London (ICA) and Bristol (Strange Brew).
