La Fleur recently dropped “Plastic Miami,” a track off her forthcoming album Väsen, available October 18th via [PIAS] Électronique. The track folows the Swedish producer/DJ/artist’s Previous LP singles “Chian”, “Slowdive” and “Stay With Me”.

“Plastic Miami” is typical La Fleur in its layering and intertwining of superbly crafted strands and sub-genres. A rolling romp of a beat with bongo-esque multi-level percussion keeps collecting crystal-clear elements like a snowball – sparkling sweet piano arps, pizzicato melodic guitar phrases, fanfares of horn-like synths like elvish trumpets, and a subtle yet distinct flavor of Kraftwerk – all keep the mind entranced following the glittering threads, leaving the body free to respond to the upbeat, joyful vibe and let loose.
