Photos: Day For Night Festival 2016
This past weekend, Houston Texas hosted its second annual Day for Night festival. Day for Night, which combines headlining musicians with immersive art installations is continually pushing the boundaries of the modern festival with its eclectic lineups and focus on inventive live performances and immersive art installations from the likes of Björk. Day for Night transforms live music production by introducing new sensory experiences to the festival landscape. Festival goers were treated to a carefully curated selection of artists, with crossover acts such as Run The Jewels and Odesza mixed with indie rockers Ariel Pink and Lower Dens. There was truly something for everyone over the course of the weekend, with the festival showcasing trailblazers who continue to crossover from fringe to influential.
