MX LONELY are back with new single “Anesthetic,” the track arrives ahead of their forthcoming debut album, ALL MONSTERS, arriving via Julia’s War Recordings (TAGBOW, Hotline TNT) on February 20, 2026. The new single finds vocalist Rae Hass reflecting on the internal struggle between sensation and paralysis, as they move from calmness to intensity. This shift from desolation to visceral power is encapsulated in the official music video directed by Owen Lehman.

“Anesthetic (noun) is defined as any substance that induces insensitivity to pain. Anesthetic is a love song to the addict,” says Haas. “An ode to and feeling highs and lows rather than searching for something to numb the pain.”

This year, MX LONELY have dropped their single “Return to Sender,” the track expresses the feeling of trying to understand the perspective of someone who feels indifferent toward you, the track warns that everything meant for you will eventually find its way back. The official music video, directed by Owen Lehman, displays this back-and-forth emotional turmoil through a giant egg hunt, the egg symbolizing the feeling Haas is attempting to expel. To close out 2025, the band shared “Shape Of An Angel,” a fiery new track from their upcoming debut album, with an official music video exploring the relationship between addiction, neurodivergence, and codependency, reflecting on destructive, all-consuming relationships through honest lyrics and a heavy hook.
