After the recent release of MCIII, Mikal Cronin and his band have announced a US tour including shows with Father John Misty and an opening slot for Death Cab for Cutie at the Hollywood Bowl. You can also catch a sneak peek of the full band in action by watching their Conan performance of “Turn Around” from MCIII complete with a string quartet.

In addition, Mikal recently teamed up with comedians Kurt Braunohler and Kristen Schaal to create the “Turn Around” music video, a shot-by-shot reenactment of Natalie Imbruglia’s 1997 video for “Torn,” featuring some funny surprise character drop-ins.
