Cronin has released this official statement concerning his recent signing with Merge, “YYYYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!'” He will release the follow-up to his acclaimed 2011 self-titled release next year.

Mikal Cronin is currently on tour as part of Ty Segall‘s band and will play the Merge Records SXSW showcase in March.
