M83 are also excited for the forthcoming release of their latest single, “Steve McQueen”,on November 27th. This third single from  Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming, . The single will be released with diverse  remixes from Alluxe, BeatauCue,MAPS and SALM.

Where videos for “Midnight City” and “Reunion”, directed by Fleur & Manu, tell the tale of a group of children with supernatual powers running a city, the video for “Steve McQueen” came from the fans. Anthony Gonzalez selected French Director Balthazar Auxietre and Animator Sylvain Derosne’s (who has also collaborated with Spike Jonze) unique vision of a world honoring the “power of childhood, an eagerness for life, and the kind of paradoxical energy you have when you grow up.” Watch their video below.

About awakening, craving, and conquering, Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming pushes into new vocal territory for M83.
