Legendary dance music imprint Big Beat Records is proud to announce the release of The Knocks sizzling new summer single, “Classic” ft. Powers arriving on August 12^th to all digital service providers, a first taste for the band’s forthcoming debut album.  Producers JPatt and B-Roc bring a collective background in soul, funk, trip-hop, and hip-hop, which equates to the chillest of jams bred in their Lower East Side studio called Heavy Roc, which they custom-built after dropping out of music school. Since traveling the world with Grouplove, M.I.A., Ellie Goulding, and Chromeo, to name a few, the duo is slated to DJ across the States; headline dates, festivals and gigs supporting St. Lucia.
