Jacques Greene and Nosaj Thing have shared new single new single, “RB3,” the second release in an ongoing collaborative project begun in 2023 with “Too Close.” With a full album slated for release next year. “RB3” arrives after their joint tour which featured back-to-back sets with dates in New York, San Francisco, and Chicago.

Jacques Greene has been making music “about the club” for over a decade. Over the course of multiple EPs, singles, and two full-length albums — 2017’s Feel Infinite and 2019’s Dawn Chorus — his sound has developed into an emotional haze. The following year, he released ANTH01, a collection of unearthed tracks spanning the earliest years of his career alongside previously unreleased tracks. Outside of his own releases, Greene has explored his relationship with the club in a variety of contexts, from the collaboration with Bonobo on “Fold”, to remixing Radiohead to producing for Jessy Lanza, Tinashe, and touring with The xx.

Nosaj Thing — the moniker of Jason W. Chung, creates soundscapes that hold a mirror up to his journey, and moreover a live lineage in Los Angeles. His sound and style took root at LA’s iconic Low End Theory. From DIY roots, Nosaj built a communal following that has carried him for almost two decades, from his opening performances for The Weeknd, to closing out Coachella’s Sahara Tent in 2013, to a decade of ambitious, headline experiences with Tokyo-based audio-visual savant Daito Manabe.
