Honduras Premieres Single “Ace” LP Out 2/25

Honduras Premieres New Single "Ace". Video for "Borders" now also out. Debut Morality Cuts EP out 2/25 on Black Bell Records. Honduras play SXSW this March.

Honduras was started in a Bushwick basement by Patrick Phillips (vocals/guitar) and Tyson Moore (guitar/vocals). Originally from Columbia, MO, they wound up together in Brooklyn and started playing music again. Nick Atria (bass) joined and Josh Wehle (drums) soon followed, solidifying the lineup.

Honduras self-released their debut EP titled Cahokia in October of 2012. Shortly after it’s release the band started playing frequently around Brooklyn including shows at 285 Kent, Silent Barn.

The band has spent the year since their debut release perfecting their live show and writing new material. Their music dips into punk and surf rock without firmly planting in any one genre. Inspired by Thee Oh Sees, Galaxie 500 and Sex Pistols, Honduras is for both the dirty high school punk rocker in your heart and the savvy music listener you’ve become.
