Today, Portland band Greylag (Andrew Stonestreet, Daniel Dixon and Brady Swan)  share a brand new track, “Yours To Shake,” from their forthcoming self-titled debut album (out Oct. 14th on Dead Oceans).  “Yours To Shake” is a delicate, slow burning ballad that builds to a ferocious chorus showcasing Greylag’s anthemic and haunting melodies. Produced by Phil Ek (Band of Horses, Fleet Foxes, Modest Mouse, The Shins), Greylag’s debut is a slice of verdant, far-reaching Americana. The album speaks of individuals who have travelled, emotionally and physically, and put everything into this shared venture. Next month, Greylag will tour the West Coast with The Whigs.
