Gilla Band, recently released “Giraffe”, the track is the Irish band’s first new music in nearly 4 years, and is now available via limited 7” picture disc. In other news, the Dublin band, recently announced a new run of 2026 global tour dates. Gilla Band, includes vocalist Dara Kiely, guitarist Alan Duggan Borges, bassist Daniel Fox, and drummer Adam Faulkner.

On ‘Giraffe’, frontman Dara Kiely says: “It can be a very scattered and sometimes lonely place. Feeling unloved and finding it difficult to articulate what I’m actually thinking,” he explains, continuing “The song’s outro indirectly details a kind of confirmation that affection toward me does exist. While I appreciate it, I still find that hard to believe.”
