Having recently announced their own UK headline tour, FEWS have also been confirmed as special guests on Pixies forthcoming European tour. The quartet who released their debut album Means earlier this year have also unveiled a mix of their current single “10 Things”, courtesy of TVAM (Joe Oxley), who has retained the band’s musical axis whilst crafting his lo-fi musical noir. Influenced by a lifetime of repeats, reruns and reboots his is a world of seductive nostalgia, warm, emotive distortion envelopes the heart of the track, references straddle the spectrum of influence forging a memorable companion to it’s origins. FEWS have just released their debut album Means through Play It Again Sam.

Alongside their musical peers, further cryptic influences emerge via Paul Auster’s New York Trilogy, surrealist painter Rene Maigritte and Swedish football idol Zlatan Ibrahimovic, immortalised in the album track Zlatan. MEANS is available on CD, vinyl and digitally through Play It Again Sam.
