Disclosure share Debut “She’s Gone, Dance On” Video
Disclosure share their new official video for “She’s Gone, Dance On”. The clip arrives after the UK duo’s live set headlining The Other Stage at Glastonbury Festival. Disclosure have upcoming shows at HARD in LA and Portola in San Francisco
The video was Directed by Vincent Catel and featuring cast and dancers from (LA) HORDE, the video fully amplifies the euphoric energy of Disclosure’s latest single. With its free-flowing choreography and clever use of light and colour, the video unfolds in a nonstop whirlwind of close-up images of cotton-candy clouds, mouths mid-kiss, skin drenched in moonlight or glistening with sweat and time-lapse shots of flowers in full bloom. The scene shifts from day to night and back again, leaving you longingly entranced and uplifted.
“She’s Gone, Dance On” samples orchestral supremo Ennio Morricone’s ‘Dance On’ from the film Così Come Se. It originally got its first play from Guy at their LA pop show last October. These packed-out underplay events led to the birth of Friends & Family – a new club series curated by Guy. A space where Guy visits the world’s intimate venues to throw a party with friends (the DJs) and family (the fans). Each unexpected lineup consists of exciting B2Bs, which have included so far Cajmere (Green Velvet), HAAI, Chloé Caillet, salute (see recent set in Medellín), Sammy Virji, DJ Tennis, TSHA, Duskus and many more.
Disclosure released three studio albums, Caracal (2015), ENERGY (2020) and Alchemy (2023). They have been nominated for 8 Grammy’s, 4 BRIT Awards and an Ivor Novello.
