Dashboard Confessional release new video for "We Fight"

Dashboard Confessional has shared the official music video for “We Fight,” the band’s lead single and politically minded rallying anthem from their forthcoming release Crooked Shadows, out February 9th. Directed by David Mack – the Emmy nominated writer and artist behind Daredevil from Marvel Comics – the heartening video sees flourishes of hand painted illustrations as they transform through empowering imagery. Watch Dashboard Confessional’s “We Fight” music video now on Fueled By Ramen’s YouTube channel.

Earlier this month Dashboard Confessional announced details of their 2018 headlining “We Fight” tour, which will herald the release of the band’s new LP, Crooked Shadows. The tour, which features special guests Beach Slang, is set to get underway March 20th in Houston, TX and will include stops at New York City’s Brooklyn Steel (3/29) and Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium (4/21).

Produced by Chris Carrabba and Jonathan Clark with co-producer Colin Brittain, Crooked Shadows is the result of a near decade-long period of immense self-examination for Carrabba. Crooked Shadows explores Carrabba’s reclamation of the simple yet extraordinary moments in life that long stood as the unsung heroes of his songwriting, as he reflects on experiences of his own and those closest to him. The result is a deeply cathartic body of work that traverses the complications and vulnerabilities of relationships while scrutinizing the possibility of self-improvement
