CAVE share the Song "The Ride", Release their new LP is out October 21st on Drag City

Cave has just announced their new LP entitled Release, coming out on October 21st via Drag City.

In the early days of CAVE, there jams were recorded and transferred using a variety of methods: 4 tracks, 8 tracks, and VHS tapes (yeah that’s right), and each played a part where appropriate, with the songs showing off a care-free, exploratory energy that presents a band building itself the rail ties upon which their fully realized albums, NEVERENDLESS and Threace, could chug.

Some of their most clamorous freakouts can be heard here, plus, there’s a song from the Threacesessions that nobody’s heard at all! Cave is saving that one for the folks who shill out their hard-earned bux to buy the LP, but in the meantime, they have shared The Ride.” The band has also announced their return to Europe.
