Cass McCombs Shares Video For “Angel Blood”

Cass McCombs is pleased to share the video for “Angel Blood,” one of the many standout tracks from 2013’s critically-acclaimed Big Wheel And Others. The video, edited by Mollie Devoe, and earlier this morning, features footage recorded by JR White, Devoe, and McCombs, and was shot in the Tenderloin in San Francisco and whilst on tour throughout 2014.

To commemorate their current co-headline tour, which lands in NYC this weekend with two shows at Rough Trade, Cass McCombs and the Meat Puppets have collaborated on a very special 7″ release. The limited edition 7″ features two new songs by McCombs, “Night Of The World” and “Evangeline”, and two new covers by the Puppets, “(Hey Baby), Que Paso”, originally by Texas Tornados, and “Cathy’s Clown”, by The Everly Brothers. This release from two generations of maverick artists, in cahoots for the first time, is out now on Domino.
