Dagwood have announced their new EP, Pollyanna Visions, will drop on September 3rd. The band includes various members from the Connecticut, hardcore and punk scene including Hostage Calm and Heavy Breath. For the EP, the quartet worked with Justin Pizzoferrato (Dinosaur Jr., Wild Pink, Dazy, Parquet Courts) at Sonelab Studios in Easthampton, MA who engineered and mixed the EP. The release features the recent college-rock inflected singles “Trying To Be Kind” and “Should Be” as well as the just-released “Candy Apple Green.” Pollyanna Visions follows last year’s Everything Turned Out Alright EP.
