Austrian synth-pop duo Leyya’s, newest track “Butter.” The duo recently toured across Europe with the Canadian band Metric. Similar their video for “Superego, the new video for “Butter” is visually alluring. The theme stems from the tension that is created by opposing forces: art versus pop, man versus woman and this track embodies the purpose of Leyya with murky synths and vocals that croon.

Leyya’s 2015 debut Spanish Disco was reissued as a deluxe edition last Friday to further expand Leyya’s US and UK presence after its success in Austria and Germany. The revamped version includes two new songs and two remixes of “Superego,” last week, they were announced as Band of the Day at Brighton’s The Great Escape Festival!
