SHOW AT LA’S REGENT THEATER ON NOV 28, NORTH AMERICAN TOUR KICKS OFF SAN FRANCISCO ON FEB 7, WRAPS AT NYC’S TERMINAL 5 ON FEB 25

Ariel Pink has revealed the video for ‘Picture Me Gone’, from his forthcoming album, pom pom (Nov 17, 4AD). He also recently performed the song with the PS22 Chorus.

Following ‘Put Your Number In My Phone,’ Ariel has again joined forces with director Grant Singer. Shot across fifteen locations around Ariel’s hometown of LA, the video features the characters Pam, Candace and Heather squeezing into their second lives within a latex skin, in pursuit of sexual encounters and inner content. The latex masks, including one of Ariel’s face were moulded by Hollywood SFX supremo Jeff Farley. Introducing the video, Grant Singer says it “follows a day in the life of three men in Los Angeles in their search of meaning and happiness.”

Ariel and his new seven-piece band headline a SOLD OUT show at London’s Scala on Nov 17 and return to the US for a hometown show at the Los Angeles Regent Theater on Nov 28. They head to Australia in January and kick off their 15-date North American tour on Feb 7 in San Francisco, wrapping up on Feb 25 at NYC’s Terminal 5.
