“Zombies” By Goan Dogs

Bristol, UK band Goan Dogs, having being playing their brand of catchy indie pop for close to a decade. The band’s current release Call Your Mum, is a powerful statement for the times, we are all going through. The quintet was conceived in 2010 by lead singer Luke St Leger and drummer Daniel Lane. A misadventure in India gave the band its name when Luke ended up spending most of his time with Goa’s stray beach dogs. The fledgling duo soon expanded their sound with the talents of friends and fellow musicians: Theo Mackie, Bill Sherwood and Sam Kynan Powell. Goan Dogs’ latest single “Zombies,” is another fine tune, that will make you forget about all of today’s struggles, and put a smile on your face.

From Goan Dogs:

Since COVID has put a halt to playing gigs, our practice room has been the only place we’ve been able to get together and make music. It would be a massive understatement to say we’ve missed playing live to real people, so it only seemed right that we invite the outside world in to get a good glimpse of what we’ve been up to.
