A love letter to New York City, Stolen Jars recently released the song “Won’t Stay Gone Forever,” is a melancholic yet poppy reminder that the places and people we love will always come back to us, even after they are gone.

Mixed and co-produced by Hop Along‘s Joe Reinhart, “Won’t Stay Gone Forever” builds into a grandiose blend of ethereal harmonies and edgy synth beats, and ramps up the anticipation of what’s to come next from this Brooklyn, NY based band.

This latest drop follows the release of two previous songs in 2023 already; the optimistic “Adeline” and Stolen Jars’ own dance-party-meets-isolation anthem, “Somewhere Else.” Each track, although unique in nature, still flexes an undeniable songwriting compatibility between singers Cody Fitzgerald and Sarah Coffey, guitarist Elias Spector-Zabusky, drummer Isaiah Hazzard, and keyboardist Grant Meyer.
