The stage name White Sea belong to Morgan Kibby, who has collaborated with the French electronic band M83 on Saturdays = Youth. The song featured above, “Future Husbands Past Lives” is part of her solo project In Cold Blood that is set for release on May 20th. According to LA-based musician herself, the record is personal and self-reflective and takes after the works of legendary artists such as Donna Summer and Prince.

“Future Husbands Past Lives” is an energetic and uplifting song that introduces White Sea’s musical direction, which is a fusion between dance, pop and electronic.

2014 is a big year for White Sea, with the release of her debut EP In Cold Blood (which can be preordered here) and her tour, which kicks-off with the Sasquatch! Music Festival in Washington. She will be accompanying The Naked and Famous on a variety of dates. Find the dates and details below.
