Wet have shares a new Andrew Theodore Balasia-directed video, “Clementine.” Along with the news, the band have revealed new UK dates, including a headline show at London’s Scala on November 23rd. Wet’s forthcoming album Letter Blue marks the third full-length installment from the group and the rejoining of founding guitarist Marty Sulkow, and is due out October 22nd via AWAL.

Letter Blue‘s 10 tracks were written by vocalist Kelly Zutrau, produced by member Joe Valle with co-writing and co-production credits from Toro y Moi’s Chaz Bear, Buddy Ross, Frank Ocean’s go-to keyboardist, and Dev Hynes on coming track ‘Bound’ featuring Blood Orange. ‘Clementine’ follows recent singles ‘Larabar’ and ‘On Your Side’, both of which were also paired with visuals directed by Andrew Theodore Balasia.

from Kelly Zutrau:

“I’m always interested in multiple feelings at once,” Not just a happy song, but happy and sad and guilty — those can all be true.” This is as much a sonic statement as it is one about life: “We see these messages in music and media that are very black and white, but our lives don’t really live up to those expectations. Instead, we’re somewhere in the middle of all these states that are much easier to explain.”
