Vancouver Sleep Clinic to tour with Daughter

Vancouver Sleep Clinic announce new tour dates with Daughter.

Australian singer, songwriter and producer Vancouver Sleep Clinic will tour North America this fall, supporting Daughter on select dates. Stops include Terminal 5 in New York on November 1, Electric Factory in Philadelphia on November 4 and Cannery Ballroom in Nashville on November 11. The full list of tour dates can be found below.

Vancouver Sleep Clinic recently released two new tracks, “Lung” and “Killing Me To Love You,” from his forthcoming debut album.

Tim Bettinson, the creative force behind Vancouver Sleep Clinic, is a singer, songwriter and producer from Brisbane, Australia. His first EP, Winter, was self-released on SoundCloud in 2014 with few expectations. However, it quickly attracted a global audience and has garnered over 30,000,000 streams and 100,000 digital sales to date—prompting The Guardian to hail Bettinson as “the new teen wonder of Australian indie folktronic R&B.”

Bettinson’s latest work, including his singles “Lung” and “Killing Me To Love You,” was written while on a break from touring during a volunteer trip to Cambodia and the Philippines—an experience which put Bettinson’s own circumstances into an acute perspective. This resulted in songs which Bettinson says, “follow the journey of finding my place in the world and finding my feet in what I was doing.”
