Trophy Wife have announce their new album Pathetic, will drop on July 24 via AWAL. Ahead of the album’s arrival, the band has given fans a taste with the single “Kind of Girl I Am,” the track is a confession, touching on themes of perception and identity. McKenzie Iazzetta confronts the question: when a girl is made to be both the screen and the projector, how far can she push the performance before the illusion burns through? The project is led by Iazzetta, with Christian Pace on bass and Michael Martelli on drums. The band recently toured the Midwest with Irish punk band SPRINTS.
