Total Makeover drop “Different Shapes” video

Brooklyn's Total Makeover (Noah Stitelman of Neighbors) premieres "Different Shapes"

Total Makeover is a band from Brooklyn led by Noah Stitelman. Joined by Julie Noyce, Sam Hendricks, and Brian Harney they were born from the ashes of Stitelman’s former band Neighbors, who were a local Brooklyn main stay before their untimely demise late last year. In early 2015, armed with a pile of new demos, Stitelman went in to the studio with Engineer/Producer Justin Gerrish (Vampire Weekend, The Strokes, Hamilton Leithauser) to start recording what would become their debut EP.

Breaking from the glossy electro-pop sheen of Neighbors, Total Makeover is louder, angrier, and a lot more personal than its predecessor. The result is an EP thats relentless in its determination to cut the shit, and make some noise. Today, first track “Different Shapes,” inspired by post punk and new wave.

Total Makeover’s self titled EP will be released 8/21; EP release party 8/21 at Brooklyn’s Alphaville.
