UK quartet Pynch, return with new single “The Supermarket” the band’s first new music since 2023, and the follow-up to their album Concrete Moon released in 2023. Speaking on the new single, vocalist and guitarist Spencer Enock says, “The Supermarket is sort of about craving normality and coming out the other side of a chaotic year. I guess it’s a hangover song about choosing life. It’s been one of our favourites since I first sent an acoustic voicenote of it over to the guys so we’re really excited for it to be out!”

Pynch’s music is inspired by the sounds of Pavement, LCD Soundsystem, New Order and The Flaming Lips. The band have supported The Libertines, Squid, English Teacher, PVA, Andy Bell, LYNKS, Spector and more, plus have sold-out shows in London, Liverpool, Brighton, Paris, Angers, and Rotterdam. Pynch includes Spencer Enock (Guitar/Vocals), Julianna Hopkins (Drums), Scott Enock (Bass) and
Myles Gammon (Synth).
