The Mars Volta have returned with “Reina Tormenta / Enlazan Las Tinieblas,” The track is a taste of their forthcoming album, Lucro Sucio; Unfinished Business, arriving ahead of North American 2026 tour, kicking off on September 8, 2026 in Ventura, California.

Recorded during the band’s acclaimed fall 2025 tour, “Reina Tormenta / Enlazan Las Tinieblas” exemplifies the uninhibited, dark, and hypnotic sonic palette that has defined The Mars Volta for over two decades. Driven by surging synth arrangements, propulsive percussion, and razor-sharp guitar work, the track underscores the group’s legendary onstage chemistry and commitment to raw improvisation.
